Just suppose for a minute that in the midst of financial troubles and hardship we were all being screwed in order to prevent a mythical ecological disaster. Imagine if the IPCC (International Panel on Climate Change) had not been following basic scientific procedures when coming to sweeping conclusions which would affect every single person on the planet.

 This report deserves your attention. It points to politics involved and all-night sittings to vote on how confident scientists were about predictions. Lack of statements regarding conflict of interests and other issues are mentioned in the report.

This is major. So many policies and laws are governed by these hypotheses – this is what they are! If you don’t mind being ripped off again by the PTB then just ignore it. There is money to be made from environmentalism – and we are not the ones who will be benefiting.

Protect the environment  – yes. But shouldn’t we ensure that we are not being conned again? I have no doubt that we are being conned – just an opinion:)
