Is Tesco’s obsession with sourcing low-priced meat and vegetables over? They claim they will be seeking more local suppliers in an effort to ensure traceability. However, how often have we been told that farmers and growers are being priced out of existence by supermarket chains which prefer to obtain imported wares if foodstuffs cannot be supplied to them at knock-down prices?

If Tesco and others change their policies Would this mean that groceries obtained from these outlets are then guaranteed safe for consumption? What does that really mean? If it means that you don’t drop dead when you consume something, then yes, they probably are safe. But we shouldn’t confuse this with being good for long-term health.

While Aspartame may save a few calories it is not actually good for us. (Dr Mercola: Sweet Deception) Even the basics such as rice and sweet corn cannot be guaranteed GM free. Indeed, a large proportion of cattle food in the EU is actually derived from GM foods. So it is almost certainly in the food chain for carnivores. I won’t even start on the nanoparticles being introduced into everyday food items!

Personally, I purchase little from supermarkets, preferring to obtain vegetables and eggs from local sources. Other items are often purchased from health stores – but even then we need to read labels. I shudder at the sight of supermarket shelves laden with foodstuffs I just wouldn’t touch.

We now know that Brits are the most obese people in Europe. Little wonder, as we appear to have adopted American eating habits. It is sad to see how little regard we have for natural, healthy food. Many other European countries still place great importance on freshly-cooked food made from quality natural ingredients. Something the Americans didn’t reckon with in their drive to make the world GM dependent. Dependent is the operative word btw., as GM seeds are also known as terminator seeds. They must be purchased every year. If the US had its way we would all be dependent on Monsanto and others for our daily bread – and all other vegetables, fruit etc.

US sources have been quoted as wanting to ‘own’the weather by 2005. Create drought or floods and then produce the genetically modified seeds to combat the problems? What happens if the makers of Agent Orange, Monsanto, decide that seeds are scarce?

“Control oil and you control nations; control food and you control the people.”

Henry Kissinger

Let’s do we all can to support local farmers and growers and encourage them to remain GM free.  Ultimately, we benefit as a result.

Final Verdict is Rendered in First Common Law Court Case against the Vatican and Canada for Genocide

Pope, Queen and Canadian Prime Minister found Guilty of Crimes against Humanity and Sentenced to Twenty Five Year Prison Terms

Court Orders them to Surrender by March 4 or face Citizens’ Arrests

Pope Benedict will go to jail for twenty five years for his role in Crimes against Humanity, and Vatican wealth and property is to be seized, according to today’s historic verdict of the International Common Law Court of Justice.

The Brussels-based Court handed down a unanimous guilty verdict from its Citizen Jurors and ordered the citizens’ arrest of thirty Defendants commencing March 4 in a Court Order issued to them today.

The verdict read in part,

“We the Citizen Jury find that the Defendants in this case are guilty of the two indictments, that is, they are guilty of committing or aiding and abetting Crimes against Humanity, and of being part of an ongoing Criminal Conspiracy”

The Jury ruled that each Defendant receive a mandatory twenty five year prison sentence without parole, and have all their personal assets seized.

The Court went on to declare in its Order No. 022513-001,

“The Defendants are ordered to surrender themselves voluntarily to Peace Officers and Agents authorized by this COURT, having been found Guilty as charged.

“The Defendants have seven days from the issuing of this ORDER, until March 4, 2103, to comply. After March 4, 2013, an International Arrest Warrant will be issued against these Defendants”.

The guilty parties include Elizabeth Windsor, Queen of England, Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, and the head officers of the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada. (A complete copy of the Verdict, the Court Order and a list of the Defendants is enclosed on the accompanying you tube link).

The guilty verdict followed nearly a month of deliberations by more than thirty sworn Citizen Jurors of the 150 case exhibits produced by Court Prosecutors.

These exhibits detailed irrefutable proof of a massive criminal conspiracy by the Defendants’ institutions to commit and conceal Genocide on generations of children in so-called Indian residential schools across Canada.

None of the Defendants challenged or disputed a Public Summons issued to them last September; nor did they deny the charges made against them, or offer counter evidence to the Court.

“Their silence told me a lot. Why wouldn’t innocent people defend their own reputation when accused of such horrible things?” commented one Juror, based in England.

“These crimes were aimed at children, and were a cold and calculated plan to wipe out Indians who weren’t Christians. And the defendants clearly are still covering up this crime. So we felt we had to do more than slap their wrist. The whole reign of terror by state-backed churches that are above the law has to end, because children still suffer from it”.

The Court’s judgement declares the wealth and property of the churches responsible for the Canadian genocide to be forfeited and placed under public ownership, as reparations for the families of the more than 50,000 children who died in the residential schools.

To enforce its sentence, the Court has empowered citizens in Canada, the United States, England, Italy and a dozen other nations to act as its legal agents armed with warrants, and peacefully occupy and seize properties of the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada, which are the main agents in the deaths of these children.

“This sentence gives a legal foundation and legitimacy to the church occupations that have already begun by victims of church torture around the world” commented Kevin Annett, the chief adviser to the Prosecutor’s Office, who presented its case to the world. (see, November 6 and January 30 postings)

“The verdict of the Court is clearly that these criminal church bodies are to be legally and practically disestablished, and their stolen wealth reclaimed by the people. Justice has finally begun to be be served. The dead can now rest more easily.”

Court officers are delivering the Order to all the Defendants this week, including to the Canadian Prime Minister, the Queen of England and to Joseph Ratzinger, the retiring Pope Benedict who is avoiding arrest within the Vatican after suddenly resigning two weeks ago.

The citizens’ arrests of these and other Defendants will commence on March 4 if they do not surrender themselves and their assets, as per the Court Order.

These actions will be filmed and posted at here in the coming week, along with further updates from the Court and its Citizen Agents.

Issued by the Central Office, The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State

25 February, 2013

Why should the people pay the price for decisions made in their name by an unaccountable élite? This question posed by Annie Machon, former spy with MI5, says it all for me – and, I suspect, for many others. This is what it all comes down to. In so-called ‘democracies’ we elect members to represent us and then discover that they are little more than puppets who respond to the bidding of a powerful élite. And while I’m not sure that the term ‘élite’ accurately describes members of government, I would suggest that ‘unaccountable’ is a word that could be applied. The MEA being a prime example of this. Who do we hold to account? Nobody. But we are certainly paying the price.

Sadly, many begin to accept a situation of disempowerment and cease to question what is going on in our name. It seems this also applied to the people of Iceland, prior to their wake-up call, but having ignored international demands things are on the up in Iceland. As mainstream media constantly reports – not! This story does not reach MSM for one simple reason: it dispels the myth that we must hang out with the big boys and comply with all international demands. If word gets around then the élite lose control.

Iceland is a success story and it continues to go from strength to strength. With a population of 320,00 Iceland has a considerably smaller population than Eire (circa 4.5 million). A size we can relate to perhaps?

Iceland is an inspirational and interesting country.  Following the 2008 credit crash, the Icelanders bucked international trends and actually held some of their ruling élite — the politicians and bankers who had brought about these financial problems — to account.  The government fell, some bankers were fired and prosecuted, and the Icelandic people are having a serious rethink about the way their democracy could and should work.

Annie Machon is presently giving a series of talks in Iceland. Now if only we could persuade her to come to the Isle of Man….

Was Geoff Corkish demonstrating how well he could toe the government line and hoping to be viewed as suitable LegCo material when he made his now famous utterance last week? If this was the ploy then surely he must be hoping it pays off as the comments in the IOM Examiner today (and on the forums) have not been too complimentary.

Some were critical of the government in general. Hardly surprising after recent events. The MEA report has already been put on the shelf with no-one held responsible for the catastrophe and still no apologies for a bungled project (if it comes out way over budget then it’s surely bungled) nor the cavalier fashion in which taxpayers’ money was treated. But – heh – they’ve learned lessons. Measures have already been put into place etc.

Similarly, in answer to a question which was put to the Treasury Minister on Mannin Line concerning our research on online purchases from the UK the minister stated that they were presently looking into this. Get the idea? It sounds very much like stable door action again. Online ordering is a vast part of trading here. It keeps carriers in business. How much more professional it would have appeared if we had been able to supply evidence of this when the VAT ‘negotiations’ were taking place, resulting in a huge reduction of our income.

Lessons are being learnt, it seems, but taxpayers shouldn’t have to pay for those in well-paid positions who appear to be learning on the job. Transparency and FOI urgently needed. There have been too many opaque and expensive deals – and what about the costly but unwanted Pupil Database? That is yet to be exposed.

No wonder GC and Co. would like to close down forum discussion.

Just had to add the following to the original text below: More power to Phil Gawne in respect of exposing the lack of democratic process here. Having just read his Facebook comment I can only hope that Mr Gawne continues to openly comment on what is wrong with things.

It’s not all complaints on this blog. Despite my issues with Phil Gawne’s myopic view of the skies above us he does seem fairly open about other issues. It was heartening to hear a politician complaining about the imbalance of power where developers are concerned and his questioning of the democratic principles involved in the consultation on the Southern Area Plan.

The land in question in the Sourthern Area Plan had apparently been left for recreational purposes but has now been approved for housing development. Three MHKs were against the proposal and it seems the evidence produced in favour of their argument was simply dismissed. This is the Isle of Man today. Are we simply to accept this state of affairs or recognise that something doesn’t seem to be right.

Kate Beecroft has always struck me as being focused and down-to-earth and therefore I feel inclined to believe her statement about the film industry. In the Independent she is quoted as stating that not one film has broken even! Is this true? How on earth can we be pursuing this industry and ploughing more taxpayers’ money into things if this is the case? Oh yes…it’ll be the unquantifiables that are so valuable to us, no doubt. Those taxi drivers coining it from the film crews, the hotels bulging at the seams and other unseen benefits.

Does it seem reasonable to pursue an industry, at a huge cost, which appears to provide only unquantifiable evidence of its success? The Pinewood investment was pushed through. Based on what? Assurances from our government that it is a financially sound proposition? Do they really expect us to have utter confidence in their accounting after the MEA bungle?

No doubt some MHKs outraged reactions to the MEA report were genuine. After all we are all paying for this. However, this was surely the best stance to take. It is fairly obvious that the public will not be pleased with this multi-million mess. Yes, we do have a power station with the very, very best glass it seems and we do have a gas pipeline. The cost for these has been astronomical, way beyond original calculations and we and our children and their children will be paying for it. By which time it may well be past its sell-by date.

There are references to the CEO’s ego and attitude. Imo he did have quite a large ego and it seemed to me that the quickest way to keep it in check was not to feed it. Was he surrounded by unquestioning sycophants?

There are recommendations. But no-one is to be held personally responsible at this point as this was beyond the remit of the committee. More is yet to come? Corruption was not a cause, we are told. So can we account for all the money and explain where it has gone? And why did we have only the best materials? Vague reference to misuse of a business credit card is not sufficient. This is simply not enough. The next step has to be naming those responsible because presently the comments appear to be whitewashing a dire situation. Yes, it’s happened. But was just one person responsible and no one felt able to query things? It seems incredible that public money was dealt with in such a casual fashion.

Can government really expect us to accept further opaque and secretive dealings without question? No. The track record speaks for itself so let’s start having the full details of the investment in the film industry, let’s take the covers off the cost of Atos and let’s see why we are paying for a child database which the public clearly rejected etc. etc.

The serfs are the ones who are paying for all of this and confidentiality clauses should not be used as a protection from public scrutiny. Above all, most of us are aware that if we make a serious mess of things in the private sector then our job is endangered. Government does not have the right to ride roughshod over us, with no visible accountability for mistakes, and then hand us the bill. FOI urgently needed.

Oh yes – and who is going to say ‘sorry’?

Why anyone would be concerned about comments on Manx Forums I can’t imagine. The forums are obviously well-equipped with trolls who seem to pop up and demolish most anti-government ‘discussions’, anyway. It’s entertaining but has anything positive ever emerged from the banter? Forums are there to divert attention and occupy people who might otherwise actually take some kind of action. A certain way of keeping the serfs down. Let them rant and whinge – they won’t be causing any real problems. Unless of course you are an MHK seeking re-election. Yes, then things could have repercussions – if anyone noticed you in the first place.

Is this why Geoff Corkish would like to see the forums closed down? Whatever his reasons for wishing to ‘protect’ us from forum comments it comes across as a wish for control, to silence dissent and ensure the serfs remain in their place.

Silencing the media? Internet controls? Isn’t the media controlled anyway? Is GC taking his cue from Leveson and co.? Crikes, we really do seem to have exactly the same police state mentality here as the control freaks on the adjacent island. GC may well have cooked his goose with the voters now but never mind, he stands himself in good stead to move to the Legislative Council. 🙂

It’s how things work. You wonder why on earth politicians make decisions which are obviously not in the public’s interests. Who are the handlers?

Ken Livingstone on Mi5, filming, Kincora Buys Home:

This is one very big reason for pursuing the political paedophile issue. It is important to discover the identity of well-protected political paedophiles. The handlers don’t want them to be discovered as that would put an end to manipulation. Consequently, they are well protected from publicity. This means that children continue to be at risk of abuse and death as long the protection continues. And the handlers can continue to hold power over politicians.

Phil Gawne will no doubt be preaching the CO2 reduction evangelism tomorrow as a result of questions which the Bishop has been kind enough to ask. These include seeking Mr Gawne’s view on overall costs and risks of climate change and whether there has been an increase of extreme weather events on the isand. No prizes for guessing the content of the minister’s reply.

However,  while recognising Mr Gawne’s academic qualifications I question his powers of observance and hence the reliability of his observations in this particular area. My reason? Quite simply he appears to be blissfully unaware of the severe air pollution we have been suffering in recent times. It appears that although government contends that there is no evidence of aerial spraying, government carries out no investigation into this phenomenon. A phenomenon which observant people from all over the world are aware of. Indeed it is Greens in other countries who have dared to ask the obvious question. The elephant in the room. Why are we being sprayed?

In Sweden this question has been asked by Green party member, Pernilla Hagberg, in Germany Werner Altnickel  is doing sterling work in investigating this issue – resulting in his being excommunicated from the Green Party for not adhering to party dogma. I am following his work with great interest. Watch this space. Questions have been asked in the Cyprus parliament as well, also by a Green Party member.

For those who can remain open-minded about this I hope the following video will give some food for thought. Especially in light of the fact that geoengineering has been going on in some form or another since the 1950s.

Environmental modification techniques have been applied by the US military for more than half a century. US mathematician John von Neumann, in liaison with the US Department of Defense, started his research on weather modification in the late 1940s at the height of the Cold War and foresaw ‘forms of climatic warfare as yet unimagined’. During the Vietnam war, cloud-seeding techniques were used, starting in 1967 under Project Popeye, the objective of which was to prolong the monsoon season and block enemy supply routes along the Ho Chi Minh Trail

And you think this hasn’t been further pursued? The US has also made it clear that it wishes to ‘own the weather’.

So while Mr Gawne may welcome the chance to preach the CO2 ‘gospel’ I would take it with a pinch of salt. If we are not aware of what exactly is happening in our skies then how can we discuss climate change? Of course, the main point the climate change scaremongers are trying to get across is that WE are responsible and therefore must be taxed and inhibited because this is supposedly man-made global warming. Well, maybe it is. It is known that the cloud cover created by chemtrails inhibits earth cooling at night.

Chemtrails were highly evident in my neck of the woods this evening. Pink trails illuminated by the sunset. Those of us longer in the tooth recall that these are definitely not the appearance of standard contrails. Some ecologists around the world are strong enough to speak out and question this but as long as we accept gagging from persons unknown then our air pollution continues. Stonewalling is not addressing the issue.

When the CO2 scaremongers acknowledge the issue of man-made cloud cover and pollution and satisfactorily investigate it then we can start talking climate issues, not before.
