Spain’s ‘Indignados’ at the vanguard of a global nonviolent revolt

By Pablo Ouziel Posted on August 8, 2011 by Pablo Ouziel

Last Thursday night, Madrid’s city centre offered a glimpse of what Western democracies have become, as thousands of unarmed nonviolent civilians with their hands up in the air shouting “these are our weapons” and “this is a dictatorship” were beaten by police commandos in full riot gear…….

…..A recent survey conducted by the Instituto de Investigación de Mercados IPSOS, highlighted that between 6 and 8.5 million people have participated in the movement, and that 76 percent of those surveyed think that the demands made by the ‘Indignados’ are reasonable and that they have a legitimate and democratic right to protest. In addition, The Economist magazine has suggested that the ‘Indignados’ with their nonviolent practices are the most serious demonstrators inEurope. Yet, the Spanish government is bent on beating them instead of listening to their legitimate demands for a just economic and political system.

Just bin it – the taxpayers will grin and bear it.

You get what you pay for. Well, that’s what we thought. However, it seems that government via the OFT has so much money to spare that the odd investigation undertaken here or there is of no consequence if abandoned. ‘No, sorry we can’t say what it has cost the taxpayer at this stage but cost details are unnecessary anyway because the situation has changed.’  That’s the message as I read it.

Fair enough? Of course not. There have already been personnel cuts within government and there will undoubtedly be more. But if the OFT says “Bin it.” then so be it? This reminds me of the half million required for the new working practices Martyn Quayle is in favour of. We didn’t ask for them. We can see no reason why they should be introduced. Other departments have had to lose workforce members but if the UK says the practices are desirable then they’re a ‘must have’ and the taxpayers can foot the bill.

How much money has the habit of unquestioningly adopting UK legislation and practices cost us over the last five years? Please leave a comment if you happen to know. OK – I’m not expecting any comments. And isn’t there something questionable there? No-one has an insight into any of this. Yet we are expected to pay for it.

Government is already preparing us for the inevitable cuts to come. The reason for these would appear to be the change in VAT arrangements which have left our coffers rather empty. Yet government departments can afford to bin an investigation here or there, adopt UK practices costing half a million which no-one asked for, and we must tighten our belts. Don’t you think we need to know what’s going on? How come the VAT arrangement suddenly became unacceptable? How come the first demand wasn’t enough? Because it was pre-arranged to be taken in two stages perhaps? If the island had accidentally agreed to pay too much into the common purse would the UK acquiesce to the new arrangement without complaint? We’ve done it in the past it seems and although the UK didn’t like it we just stuck to our guns:

In 1978, Tynwald halved the percentage of the Common Purse receipts that were remitted to the UK Treasury from 5% to 2.5%. This changed was imposed unilaterally by the Isle of Man without consultation with the United Kingdom, who continued to press for a 5% payment.

MHKs were made of sterner stuff in those days. Nowadays we touch a forelock and comply……unless of course there are some under the counter deals these days of which we are unaware. However, if the general public is  to carry the burden of budget cuts then transparency becomes essential. This system of not revealing the details to the hoi polloi is outdated. MHKs should remember who put them there and why. We the people demand to know how things work. Every detail. Yes! We are shareholders and we need to see the account books and the rule books.

Ireland: Serfs – NOT Citizens!

By Des Carty

Hope ye are all well.

CONTRACT LAW

At this stage on the “Freedom Bus” tour we need to make some stuff crystal clear. The primary aim of this national tour is to educate and teach people about three things …

1.    Contract LAW & how to use it to challenge ALL Debt.
2.    Securitisation & how the banks have conned US all.
3.    How banks create money out of thin air through the mechanism know as “Fractional Reserve Banking”.

DON’T TRUST SOLICITORS!

On this journey; we have discovered that, NO bank in Ireland is an Irish bank. NO solicitor in this country can be trusted to represent YOUR interest, unless they are NOT with the Law Society of Ireland. NO Court or Judge on this land adheres to Contract LAW or to the Constitution, or administers LAW in a fair, judicial or equitable manner or form (FACT).

BANK MANAGERS FORGE AHEAD.

We have also discovered that Banks and their managers lie & forge documents, and perjure themselves in open court. That Garda can assault people and steal their property in public & that ALL the political “leaders” are standing idly by, or are on  holidays, while Irish people are being illegally and unlawfully evicted from their homes, businesses, lands and country …

“IRELAND– SERFS NOT CITIZENS”.

As a side note; As something for you to digest while you await the bailiff or sheriff to arrive, whilst being unlawfully assisted and accompanied by An Garda Sióchana …

THE STATUS OF 85% OF THE WORLDS POPULATION.

“The Irish Law Reform Commission, a body composed entirely of  lawyers, has made a startling proposal to the Irish Government :- that direct physical ownership of land should be introduced in the country and feudal tenure ended. All landholding Irish citizens are feudal tenants under the Irish constitution, NOT OWNERS! – 2006”. (Kevin Cahill – Who Owns The World – 2006).

CITY OF LONDON.

In other words, Irish people DO NOT OWN the land. The State took over where the CROWN in name left off. Ireland became a so called “FREE STATE” in 1921 … A “Free State” within the larger ESTATE of the UK, CROWN or City of London. This is a startling revelation, but one that makes perfect and logical sense. We do not have a national bank, and we certainly do not have a money system or currency that is owned & controlled by & for the benefit of the Sovereign Irish People …

POLITICAL PUPPETS.

We know that ALL Politicians are the puppets of Bankers. We have also recognised that Economists in the public eye, or mainstream, do not break down their rhetoric or jargon, so that WE the People can understand what is going on. This job now falls to US, WE the People, that are on the Bus. We know this stuff and can explain it!

ALL IS NOT LOST.

We will continue this journey, until EVERY MAN & WOMAN on this Sovereign Land, knows how to “Legally, Lawfully and Non-violently Challenge Debt” … Which means that; YOU WILL NOT have to leave your home, hand over your business, export your children, starve to death or commit suicide. You have got legal and lawful remedies. WE are not saying that the route of education and true knowledge is going to be easy, in fact, IT IS NOT EASY! But in the long run it is a better solution for us all, & better for our Children & Grandchildren.

ASK QUESTIONS … DEMAND ANSWERS!

ALL the Banks should have been burned long since, and well WE all know this. Let’s ALL stop ignoring the obvious and stop paying into the mechanism of our own societal & cultural destruction. We now have a very Legal, Lawful totally Non-violent process for doing that. By Asking Questions & Demanding Answers!
